Our goal is to make our clients happy...not sell them the first horse we can find or what we have for sale in the barn. We want to gain a reputation for being "equine matchmakers"...whether you are buying a horse for the first time or finally ready to buy the horse of your dreams!Having a knowledgeable expert can help immensley. That's where we come in. What may seem like a simple endeavor at first can become overwhelming and discouraging; however, because we are a part of the equestrian community, we have access to information that isn't always readily available to the public. Before you begin your search, consider the benefit of having our trainer, Tyler Irvine, with you during this experience...Tyler can contact personal and business acquaintances to "put the word out" for the kind of horse you're looking for. He can "pre-screen" horses you think you may be interested in so that you don't waste valuable time and money driving to look at horses that aren't what you're looking for. When visiting a seller to look at a horse, Tyler knows exactly what important questions to ask about the horse's discipline, temperament, medical history, and more.He can examine a horse for old injuries, malnurishment, abuse, and possibly determine whether or not it has been sedated or "drugged" into being calmHe can evaluate the horse to make sure it is comfortable being tied, lunged, saddled, mounted, etc.He can ride the horse and judge it's talent and ability to learn, but most importantly, whether or not it is a SAFE horse for YOU.If you and/or Tyler don't think it's the right horse for you, Tyler can be the bad guy...and you can just shrug and blame it all on your "picky trainer"!If you would like Tyler's help finding a horse, please feel free to contact us.
